Many men think that women are looking for a 6ft Adonis. But research shows this really isn’t so, studies from the University of London have shown that women like men to be muscular, with wide shoulders and narrow wrists.
You also have to bear in mind that the type of woman you are interested in are not going to look exactly how they’d like to either. Not all women look like Angelina Jolie and not all men look like Brad Pitt. Most women are looking for bigger men, they feel that a man should be a real man and his size is a central aspect of his overall identity. But you also have to understand that being proud of your body, even if it is a little bigger than the average man, is really important. Anyway what is the average these days? Men and women are getting bigger year on year; the ‘average’ is getting larger, so you are becoming more average every day. Come on guys, big is beautiful – stand proud and rejoice in your manliness.
Locating a woman that sees past your size is important, but to get started you have to be able to see past it yourself. Be loud and proud to be a plus sized man. Don’t be embarrassed about if you’re a 4XL, 5XL or a 6XL, you should be able to make fun of yourself and crack a few jokes about it, this will put women in your company at ease, after all they wouldn’t be interested in you if they only like skinny men.
